We offer worldwide shipping and for orders over $200.00 we offer FREE SHIPPING.

Orders placed on the weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
We aim to deliver to Europe within 3 – 5 working days and worldwide within 5 – 7 working days. If you require our express service (1 – 3 working days) please chose the express method at the point of checkout.
Delivery times are provided for guidance only and commence from the date of despatch. This does not take into account possible delays caused by the payment authorisation process, customs clearance or incorrect details. EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Our dresses can be returned & exchanged within 14 days of your order delivery. All merchandise must be in its original condition, new, tags attached and returned in the original undamaged packaging.
Please note Baby Contessa reserve the right to deny any exchange if the item/s do not meet the above requirements.
While we are not able to provide a refund on shipping fees charged for the original order you will be charged for any shipping fees when the new item is sent out.
